Premium Service Options
We offer different levels of premium service. Please call (800) 800-6971 to see if your unit qualifies for any of the following options.
- Same Day Repair Service
For units that we have repair stock on hand, we can offer our Same Day Service program. If you request one of these units or your unit is received by 10:30 am, we can have it ready to ship by 5:00 pm the same day.
- VIP Service (24 Hour Rush)
Price is agreed upon and approved before the unit is returned for repair. Upon receipt, it undergoes inspection, rebuilt with genuine OEM parts, tested, and ships within 24 hours.
- Keep On Moving (KOM) Service
In this scenario, a fixed repair price is agreed upon before sending the unit to us. Upon receipt, it undergoes inspection, rebuilding, and testing within our standard shop schedule.
White Box Service
A Rebuild or Repair should Look as Good as it Works.
We don’t expect the pump, cylinder or motor you bring us for repair to be shiny and new, but we think what we return to you after rebuild or repair should look as good as it works. We call this White Box Service.
We clean your equipment, tear it down for inspection, repair and rebuild. After it’s tested and ready to ship back to you, we paint it and you’ll receive it packed securely in a clean, white box.

Testing & Diagnostics
Hydraulic Testing & Diagnostics
We perform hydraulic testing & diagnostics for all of our repaired hydraulic pumps & motors with test equipment calibrated to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification and traceable to NIST.
- Hydraulic Testing & Diagnostics
Our testing procedures adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring precision with equipment calibrated to NIST traceability. We operate two diesel-driven test stands, capable of testing pumps and motors up to 1000 HP and 6000 psi. Our setup includes versatile mounting plates and couplers, facilitating quick unit setups from 10 cc/rev to 1000 cc/rev for efficient testing.
- Pump and Motor Testing Capabilities
We test a wide range of hydraulic pumps including axial piston, radial piston, vane, and gear types, assessing flow, pressure, and control functions. Our testing also covers various hydraulic motors such as axial piston, radial piston, vane, LSHT, gear, fixed, and variable types. Additionally, we specialize in testing motors with motion control valves up to 6000 psi and 100 gpm, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of performance and functionality.
- Rigorous Testing Standards
Our testing protocols include evaluating units for efficiency, adherence to factory control specifications, relief valve settings, and feedback responses (LVDT, RVDT). We meticulously inspect units for leaks under pressure and conduct a final check in a bubble tank to verify integrity. Oil cleanliness is maintained at 20/17/14 or better through continuous kidney loop filtration, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.
